So refreshing with zing, great to add to kombucha or to add with water and ACV for morning drinks.
Love it and need it in the fridge all the time. Use it for cooking, cold and hot drinks. Organic is the way to go!
I don't take medication, but I use this organic ginger juice with 400+ MGO manuka honey to fight cold and flu.

I use Ginger in my diet as an anti inflammatory because I suffer from gout. But have also found it good as a drink mixed with water. apple cider vinegar, touch of sea salt and stevia to curb my appetite between meals so my body stays in a fat burning zone.
I love the smell of this oil. Not sure if it is doing anything though, might have to keep try using this for a while to see any results.
I didn't expect it to smell so delicious. It would be suited to add in savoury foods like curries and soup stock instead of sweeter drinks like smoothies and yogurt bowls.
